Severe weather has been forecasted to occur over the next several days due to a Winter Storm. Test centers in the projected path of this winter storm may need to close for the safety of staff and candidates.

If you are currently scheduled to test on a date that may be impacted by this storm, we strongly recommend rescheduling your exam.

Appointments must be rescheduled online at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule your appointment by logging into your account, going to Current Registrations, and using the link provided on that page.

In the event the testing center at which you are scheduled closes, you will be notified via email as noted in the "Assessment cancellation policy."

This policy also states:

If you miss an assessment appointment that has not been officially canceled due to a test center closing, you will be considered absent and will not receive a refund or credit of any kind, except as noted in the "Absentee Policy."
